Abdul Rashid Zakaria is a development and management consultant with over 14 years experience in business and strategy development and management, research and training, gender and participatory development tools. He received his professional training in Bachelor of Art (Development Studies) and MBA (Management and Administration). His 14 years experience has been in both public sector and civil society.

Jibreel Mohammed Basit is a development practitioner with over eight (8) years experience in enterprise development, micro finance, soybean value-chain development and agricultural policy advocacy. He has worked since 2007 for URBANET, Tamale and has a wide range of experience and interests in the membership and management of non-governmental and community-based organizations, social development, food security, agricultural financing, environmental management and rural and agricultural livelihood alternatives. Mr. Jibreel Mohammed Basit holds a Master of Art (MA) degree in Environmental Security and Livelihood Change from the University for Development Studies, Tamale and an undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Cape Coast. He also holds a professional certificate in micro finance from the same university.

Adam Mohammed has over eight (8) years experience in rural financing. He has a passionate believe that the growth of the rural financial sector holds the key to economic development of a developing country. Mr. Adam Mohammed holds a High National Diploma (HND) in Accounting from the Tamale Polytechnic and currently pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Commerce at the University of Cape Coast. He has over eight years experience in rural finance and financial management. He has worked for URBANET in different roles and now as the Finance and Administrative Manager. His specialization over the past few years has tended toward financial product development, financial institution operations, accounting for NGOs and community based organizations.

Sumayatu Alhassan holds a Higher National Diploma (HND), Secretarial Option from the Tamale Polytechnic. She has worked for URBANET for the past six years and has accumulated experiences in mobilizing and training of groups in business and financial management, group formation, group sustainability, conflict prevention, enterprise selection, business plan development, and credit management. Sumayatu Alhassan has coordinated and developed very good working relationship with the micro credit beneficiaries and many stakeholders in the sector.

Osman Mabrukatu holds an NVTI diploma in community development. She has been working for URBANET since 2012 and has accumulated experience in community mobilization, group animation and training and group conflict prevention.

Arimiyaw Fadel-Rahman holds an undergraduate degree in BA. Integrated Community Development from the University for Development Studies (UDS), Tamale. He has over three (3) years working experience in rural development settings in Northern Ghana. He has an outstanding research skills and the ability to organize and lead projects efficiently. Arimiyaw Fadel-Rahman is a dependable, trust worthy person who adhere to strict code of ethics of any work setting he finds himself. He has outstanding computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft office that includes word, excel and power point. Arimiyaw Fadel-Rahman experiences and specialties are in the area of project proposals and formulations, project management and appraisal and ensuring the effective utilization of project resources in an efficient and effective performance of project deliverables.
